Order Processing
Most orders for in-stock items received by 12:00 pm EST (Monday - Friday) will ship within two business days (excluding Wholesale orders which may take up to 5-7 business days to process).We are closed on weekends and major holidays. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
The tracking number for your shipment will be sent by email as soon as your order is shipped.
How Do We Calculate Shipping Charges For Your Order?
We offer 5-7 day free shipping on all orders of $30+. For orders under $30 we charge a flat rate $6 for shipping. If you need your products faster, you can select a 2 day option during checkout.
There are no customs or border charges for shipments to the USA or Canada
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been placed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email you used to purchase your order. When your order is being packed, another email will be sent with your tracking number.
Order Restrictions
Cate & Levi may, at its sole discretion, revise prices, limit quantities and correct pricing/printing errors.
Some limited-time offers are good only while quantities last.
Taxes and shipping charges are excluded from minimum order.
